Who Is going through Anxiety Attacks?
People who you'd never suspect experience anxiety and anxiety attacks! In actual fact, anxiety is really a widespread disorder that virtually ANYONE can suffer from it. Your own Uncle, your Grandmother, your sister, your neighbor, your best friend, or your brother. As a result, a young child may be unable to describe the things they are experiencing in comparison with the capability of that of an adult.
The key here is to listen to Your kids!! You wouldn't want them to endure a childhood full of suffering and never know the real reason for it.
